Travel plans for 2008 include:
- Flying into and out of Shannon
- A week in County Mayo for a stay in Westport with possible visits with Joe & Patsy, Margaret & Tommy, Michael & Bridie, and maybe even Deirdre. Also more family records searches.
- A week in County Galway in an apartment overlooking Galway Bay. Horse races, Galway City, and a little family history searching.
- A week in County Kerry for a stay in Tralee to look for "Keane/O'Keane" family records and to enjoy the Listowel Festival and Horse Races.
- A week in County Cork for a stay in Kinsale and, hopefully, a visit with Maire in Ballincollig. Area touring of Cork City and possible "Kiley" family records in Rochestown.

Sure 'n begorrah, Bob and Sue! Did you leave fair Wisconsin yet? Or are you stuck in some bog over there unable to get to your computer? (You forgot to tell us back-homers the date this magical sojourn is/was beginning and when you expect to return.) have a grand time!
